💬 Booking lookups now reply in the guest's language

When your agent looks up a guest's booking, it sends a short "one moment" message while it fetches the details. That message now uses the language the guest just wrote in, not the language stored in their profile. So a guest who writes in English gets an English message, even if their booking says German. It's available for agents that fetch booking details from your systems, so ask your TrustYou contact to turn it on.
