📊 See what your guests ask about most

A new Top topics card on Insights ranks what guests write about, like check-in, breakfast, or parking.

Each guest message gets one topic from a fixed list of more than 40, so you can see at a glance what guests need most. Use it to decide which knowledge to improve first, or which questions to answer before guests even ask.

Open Insights and scroll to Top topics. The card follows the date range and Agent filter at the top of the page. It also tells you how many of the period's guest messages it has analysed so far.

New guest messages are analysed as they arrive. For periods before this release, the card may say that topic analysis hasn't caught up yet. Ask your TrustYou contact if you want your older conversations analysed too.
