🔗 Allow or block a link in one click

You can now allow, block, or unblock a link straight from the list of links in your knowledge.

Go to Settings > Knowledge and scroll to Links in knowledge. Each row now has a button: Block keeps a link away from your guests, Allow adds it to your allowlist, and Unblock removes the blocklist entries behind a blocked link. A blocked row also tells you which entries block it. You can select and copy a row's prefix to use it in your own rules.

Your rules also explain themselves now. A note under a rule tells you when it adds nothing, repeats another rule, or is not a valid prefix. While the list updates for your changes, it shows Updating…. Your changes stay a draft until you click Save changes. To change the rules, you need permission to edit your organization's settings.
