🔍 Search and filter conversations in one bar

Find any conversation by typing what you need, like channel:whatsapp or unanswered:true, in one search bar.

On the Conversations page, one search bar replaces the old filters. Type a word to search the messages, or click the bar to pick from every filter: Channel, Agent, guest name, email or phone, reservation number, date range, flags, handovers, and more. Each filter becomes a chip, and you can combine as many as you like. Put a minus sign in front of a filter to exclude it, like -channel:email.

The list also tells you more at a glance. A No answer tag marks chats where a guest still waits for a reply. Other tags show what your agent did, like a knowledge search or a handover.

Your search is part of the page link. Share the link, and your colleague sees the same filtered list.
