💬 Find conversations by describing them

Describe the conversations you want in your own words, and the filter bar turns your sentence into filters.

Open Conversations, click the magic wand in the filter bar, and type what you are looking for. For example, "all conversations from max.mustermann@trustyou.net where he was unhappy" becomes a filter for that guest's email and for negative sentiment. "Booking 12345" finds the conversation for that booking number. You can also combine dates, channels, topics, handovers, and words the guest wrote, in any language.

Your sentence becomes the same filters you can set by hand, so you always see what was searched and can remove or change any of them. Send a second sentence like "only the WhatsApp ones" to narrow the list down. If a part of your sentence doesn't match a filter, the bar shows it under Not understood instead of guessing. Each user can run up to 60 AI searches per hour.
