🔗 Decide which links your agent can share

You can now choose which links from your knowledge your agent may pass on to guests, and see the effect before you save.

Go to Settings > Knowledge and add web addresses to the Allowlist or the Blocklist. A blocked link is removed from your knowledge, but the text around it stays, so your agent still knows what the link was for. Block links that your agent's features already handle, such as booking links or support forms, so guests always get the link from that feature.

Below the lists, Links in knowledge shows every link in your Resources and whether your rules keep or strip it. It updates as you type. When you click Save changes, your agent re-reads your Resources in the background, which can take a while if you have a lot of knowledge. To change the rules, you need permission to edit your organization's settings.
