📞 Your agent can share your contact details

Your agent can now point guests to the right phone number, email address, or link when they need to reach you. You choose which contact options it may share, add a note on when to use each one, and decide how readily it offers them. Turn it on for a Guest Agent or Booking Agent on the agent's Features tab, under Contact Details. On web chat, guests can tap the details directly, and you'll see those clicks as Support requests on the Insights page.
