The Sidebar
Everything starts from the menu on the left. It's grouped to match how you work: your day-to-day views at the top, then Agents, Knowledge, and Organization settings below.
Home
Your starting point. The Home dashboard gives you a quick overview of your Agents and recent Conversation activity.
Conversations
Browse the chats your Agents have had with guests. Open a Conversation to read the full transcript and see how your Agent responded.
Agents
This group is where you build and measure your Agents.
Overview
The list of all your Agents. From here you create a new Agent and open any Agent to manage its settings, knowledge, features, and channels. See Creating a New Agent.
Insights
Analytics for your Agents: how they're performing and what guests are asking. Use it to spot gaps in your knowledge.
Knowledge
This group holds the information your Agents draw on.
Places
Your Places, the containers for your knowledge. You create Places, fill them with Resources, and assign them to Agents. See Creating and Managing Places.
Organization
This group covers account-wide settings that apply to every Agent.
Settings
Your Organization details and branding: name, logo, colors, and the consent notices guests see. See Set Up Your Brand Name, Logo, and Colors.
Channels
Set up the communication channels your Agents use, like WhatsApp.
Users
Manage your team: invite people to your Organization and set what they can do.
Good to Know
- The sidebar is the same wherever you are, so you can jump between areas at any time.
- Branding, consent notices, and Users live under Organization because they apply across every Agent, not just one.
- Knowledge (Places and Resources) is managed separately from Agents, then assigned. This lets you reuse the same knowledge across multiple Agents.
