Add a Place & Ressource

Places serve as knowledge bases for Agents. Using Places, you can bundle a collection of knowledge Ressource Sources and then assign the Place(s) to your TrustYou Agents. 

Go to Knowledge > Places and click on "Create"

After selecting the type of the place, you can add a Ressource what is the content and source of the knowledge.

Click on "Create New Resource" to add a new source of knowledge which can then be added to your place.

Enter the name and Type, then you can add the link or document you wish to use.

The available types are:

• Documents
• Websites
• Reviews
• Local Documents

When editing a Resource, you can choose a Content Extraction Mode to specify how and what type of content should be extracted from the source. This setting allows you to extract raw data, generic knowledge, hotel facts, or even images and descriptions based on your needs. If you want to load Reviews there is an extra Mode to extract both factual information and customer highlights from the reviews.
