Create New Agent

What is a TrustYou Agent?

TrustYou Agents are AI-driven chatbots that can be tailored to perform a range of tasks. Their functionality is defined by the knowledge base you configure and the specific role or purpose you assign to each Agent.

To create a new Agent:

1. Click on the Create New Agent button in the Agent wizard.

2. Choose the purpose for your Agent.

3. Assign a speaking name to your Agent.

In order to provide Agents with their needed knowledge base, you need to assign them Places.
